Thanks for choosing Zymlora to help you achieve your productivity goals! These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our service and what you can expect from us. We've written them in plain English because legal documents shouldn't be harder than the tasks you're trying to manage.
By using Zymlora, you're agreeing to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use our service.
1. What Zymlora Is
Zymlora is a productivity software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed specifically for students and professionals with ADHD. We provide:
- AI-powered task management and prioritization
- AI task breakdown into manageable subtasks
- AI-generated daily schedules
- Data synchronization across your devices
2. Your Account
Creating Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Zymlora
- You need to provide accurate information when signing up
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You can only create one personal account (no sharing accounts)
Account Security
- Choose a strong password and keep it confidential
- Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- We may require additional verification to protect your account
3. How You Can Use Zymlora
What You Can Do
- Use Zymlora for personal productivity and academic purposes
- Create tasks, and productivity data
- Export your data at any time
- Access our AI-powered recommendations and insights
What You Can't Do
- Share your account with others or create accounts for others
- Use Zymlora for any illegal or harmful activities
- Try to hack, break, or misuse our service
- Upload malicious content or spam other users
- Use our service to compete with us or build similar products
- Violate anyone else's intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer our software
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
- Zymlora offers both free and premium subscription plans
- Free plan mean you are able to use the software for 3 days with premium use, afterwards no ability to use the AI features.
- Premium plan means monthly subscription.
- Subscription details and pricing are available on our website and in the app
Billing and Payments
- Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in these Terms
- We'll charge your chosen payment method automatically for recurring subscriptions
- If payment fails, we may suspend your premium features until payment is resolved
Price Changes
- We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Price changes won't affect you until your next billing cycle
- You can cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect
Refunds
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscribers
- If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first premium payment, contact us for a full refund
- Refunds for other situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Free Plan Limitations
- Free plans have limits on features, storage, or usage only after the 3 day trial period
- We reserve the right to modify free plan limitations with reasonable notice
5. Your Content and Data
Your Ownership
- You own all the tasks, and other content you create in Zymlora
- We don't claim ownership of your personal productivity data
- You can export or delete your data at any time
What We Can Do With Your Content
- Use your data to provide Zymlora services (like AI Priotery)
- Process your information as described in our Privacy Policy
- Make anonymous, aggregated statistics to improve our service
- Keep backups for security and service reliability
Your Responsibilities
- Don't upload content that violates laws or others' rights
- Don't share sensitive personal information of others without permission
- Keep your content appropriate for a productivity platform
6. Our AI Features
How Our AI Works
- We use third-party AI services (like Claude AI) to provide smart recommendations

- We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Termination
You Can Leave Anytime
- Cancel your subscription through your account settings
- Your premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period
- You can continue using free features after canceling premium
- You can delete your account entirely, which removes all your data
When We Might Suspend or Terminate Accounts
- If you violate these Terms repeatedly
- If you use Zymlora for illegal activities
- If your account poses security risks to our service or other users
- If payment for premium features fails and isn't resolved
What Happens When Service Ends
- You'll have 30 days to export your data before we delete it
- We'll try to give you reasonable notice when possible
- Some features may be limited during the termination process
10. Intellectual Property

Damage Limitations
- Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months
- This doesn't limit our liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- Informal Resolution: We'll try to work things out through good-faith discussions
- Formal Disputes: If we can't resolve disputes informally, they'll be handled through binding arbitration
- Small Claims: You can pursue claims in small claims court if they qualify
- Class Actions: These Terms don't allow class action lawsuits
Location
Any legal proceedings must take place in Sweden.
14. General Legal Stuff
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements

Entire Agreement
